Hey there, I'm Deb! Ex Air Force lieutenant turned international recruiter (we'll get to that story if you keep reading 😏).
I've spent 10+ years working in HR and recruitment across Europe and LATAM, helping amazing professionals get hired internationally.
As a candidate, I submitted over 300 applications before landing my first job in Malta without a European passport. Holy Moly, that was stressful... so trust me, I totally get how you're feeling.
Later, I relocated to Denmark with visa sponsorship and had to learn how to navigate a completely different and very closed job market by myself.
Now I'm here to help you skip a lot of unnecessary suffering! I'll share everything I've learned about recruitment, job searching, relocation, interviews, CVs, LinkedIn, and getting hired internationally, so you don't have to figure it all out alone.
